I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a great location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean but a bit small and not very well-lit, which was a downside. The dining left a little to be desired, but overall, I felt it offered good value for money despite some minor inconveniences.

The rooms were smaller than average and only had two small lamps for lighting, and unfortunately, there was no fan. However, they were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The service was very welcoming and efficient, though one of the staff members seemed a bit irritated when I ordered off the menu instead of the buffet during lunch.

The location was amazing, within walking distance to major attractions like Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago, making it extremely convenient.
